Problem Statement

In many Nigerian communities, a significant portion of aid and donations never reaches the intended beneficiaries due to corruption, lack of transparency, and fragmented record-keeping. This leads to mistrust between donors, NGOs, and the people in need, leaving vulnerable populations underserved.

The emerging challenge is ensuring that aid flows are traceable, verifiable, and accountable, so that every contribution has real impact. There is an opportunity to leverage blockchain and digital identity technologies to provide transparency, allow real-time tracking of funds, and ensure that support reaches those who need it most.

AidChain is a blockchain-powered aid distribution platform built on Cardano that creates transparency, traceability, and accountability throughout the entire donation and distribution process.

For Donors:
